Prize and Reward FAQ
Here are answers to some of the questions participants ask most often about rewards.
Some items require advance preparation, so please review the details below.
Q. Is there anything I should prepare in advance to receive my rewards?
Track 1 and Track 2 prizes include API Credits and ChatGPT subscription benefits. If you receive a final award, please make sure the required account information is ready for reward delivery.
ChatGPT subscription benefit
A ChatGPT account must be created using the email address where the reward will be applied.
The account must be active and on at least the ChatGPT Free plan.
The subscription upgrade will be applied based on the email address provided.
API Credits
To provide the API Credit reward, one of the following may be requested:
The email address used to create your OpenAI API Platform account, or
The account’s API Organization ID
Representatives of winning teams are encouraged to check and prepare the relevant account information in advance for a smooth reward process.
Q. When will rewards be distributed?
Rewards are expected to be distributed within 30 days after the final winners or winning teams are confirmed, following the necessary processing steps.
Further details about the process and timeline will be shared directly with individual winners or team representatives.
Q. If I participated in Track 1 as a team, will every team member receive the rewards?
Track 1 rewards are awarded to the team as a whole and, in principle, received by one designated team representative.
Teams with two or more members are encouraged to decide in advance which representative and team account will be used to receive the rewards.
